FAKE VEGAN
Fake Vegan uses irony and humor to question what we sometimes hide behind appearances. In the scene, a woman on her knees is engaged in an explicit act with Ronald McDonald, who smiles nonchalantly, as if nothing strange is happening. This contrast between the public image—the iconic clown associated with fast food—and the raw, direct scene, encourages us to think about the contradictions of modernity: what we show and what we actually do.
Without falling into clichés or machismo, the work speaks of authenticity and masks, of how we sometimes feign certain stances (like veganism or any other trend) while remaining true to our most earthly pleasures. A fresh and uninhibited satire that provokes a smile and a reflection at the same time.
