This is an early piece by Alberto León that reinterprets Grease with an urban and gritty aesthetic. The collage shows Travolta and Newton-John on a broken and color-saturated poster, with misaligned typography and dripping paint. More than paying tribute, it seems to dismantle nostalgia, giving it a worn and streetwise feel. Direct, chaotic, and unpretentious.
