JUSTICE

Alberto León’s first large painting, created in 2012 and measuring 146 cm, is an intense and somewhat chaotic mix where multiple concepts and references converge. It features iconic images such as James Dean, Tyson’s bite on Holyfield, and the symbol of women, all integrated with modern and old posters, words written in spray paint, and an explosion of paint and color.

This piece marks the beginning of León’s exploration, showing his interest in combining the visual with the symbolic, the historical with the urban, in a vibrant composition that reflects the noise and complexity of popular culture.
